Translation: "Saipan fourth agricultural product [illegible]"

Translator's note: the final two kanji characters are obscured and outside the margins enough that they were not discernible to me, and the final character appears often in photos from this era, but is very rarely used today. I speculate that the English caption provided, "animal's collection" is more appropriately interpreted to refer to a "round-up" of livestock.
